Breakfast, Anyone?

Holliston Troop 14 hosted its annual fundraising pancake breakfast at St. Mary's Parish Hall and celebrated the centennial anniversary of the Boy Scouts.

Ryan Leonard and Doug Cohen challenged the biting cold wind to entice customers to enjoy the pancakes prepared and served bv fellow Boy Scouts.

Scout Jack Mitchell proudly displays the black watch plaid, adopted as the official color of Holliston Troop 14 in the 1970's. This is the oldest Boy Scout troop in Holliston, dating back to the mid 1960's.

Ben Lewis has earned over 100 merit badges with the troop, and will no doubt be adding to the collection.

The crowd was entertained at breakfast by Kamryn Pearons, a freshman at Holliston High School.

While the scouts were serving their pancakes, the Lions Club was offering their annual Super Bowl Brunch.

A steady crowd enjoyed the scarmbled eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns and yes, they had pancakes too.
