Friday, May 5

1:12 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. A resident was transported to Metro West Medical Center, Framingham.

5:08 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Bonney Drive. A resident was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

2:53 pm: Medical - The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Brook Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:54 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an electrical hazard on Underwood Street.

9:15 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Marilyn Street.

 

Saturday, May 6

10:50 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Highland Street. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:27am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Keith McKeown investigated an alarm activation on Sparrow Lane.

11:44 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Roberta Circle. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:10 pm: Investigation - Deputy Jim Moore and Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Keith McKeown investigated an electrical hazard on Underwood Street.

12:34 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Temi Rd. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:41 pm: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Keith McKeown and an ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:33 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Lieutenant Keith McKeown investigated an alarm activation on Dalton Road.

 

Sunday, May 7

4:36 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Gretchen Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:56 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:39 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:55 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:46 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Monday, May 8

1:02 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. One driver was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. Two individuals refusaled transport, and signed waivers were obtained.

3:46 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Tuesday, May 9

1:55 am: Medical –The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Bradford Jay Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

4:30 am: Alarm - The fire department responded to a report of smoke in the building on October Hill Road.

1:50 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Wingate Road.

4:38 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Community EMS responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:09 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street.

 

Wednesday, May 10

2:58 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Indian Ridge Road South.  A resident was transported to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

5:46 pm: Injured Bicyclist – The ambulance responded to an injured bicyclist on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:22 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an odor on South Street.

8:31 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Thursday, May 11

9:40 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Oakhurst Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:14 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pleasant Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.
