Friday, October 6

8:30 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Concord Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

11:43 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

1:20 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Regal Street. A resident was transported to Metro West Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Saturday, October 7

1:54 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Summer Street.

9:02 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. No EMS was required.

12:11 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Beatrice Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

6:49 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Gretchen Lane. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

 

Sunday, October 8

12:32 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:05 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A Framingham resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:11 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Winchester Drive.

11:44 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Monday, October 9

8:30 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The fire department and the ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash with fire and reported entrapment. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Tuesday, October 10

8:10 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:22 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Church Street.

6:10 pm: Investigation – Deputy  Jim Moore investigated a water problem on Christopher Road.

6:43 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:30 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Medway resident was transported to Metro West Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Wednesday, October 11

8:40 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Praying Indian Way. The alarm activation was unintentional.

9:10 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on South Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:05 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Jeffrey Avenue. A Milford resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:07 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Locust Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Thursday, October 12

6:37 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:19 pm: Investigation – Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, and Engines 2 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on South Street.
