8:10 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Fieldstone Drive.

8:38 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Indian Ridge Road South. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:20 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Norfolk Street.

6:42 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Queens Terrace. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Saturday, November 4

8:20 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Donna Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Milford Street. The ambulance response was cancelled prior to arrival.

 

Sunday, November 5

1:25 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oakhurst Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:18 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winter Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

 

Monday, November 6

3:50 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

10:33 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Mechanic Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:30 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Cold Spring Road.

2:35 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Cheryl Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:06 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Gorwin Drive.

 

Tuesday, November 7

6:03 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Pleasant Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:11 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to Metro West Medical Center, Natick.

11:25 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Kuniholm Drive. A Newton resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Regal Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

5:50 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Jim Moore, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 3 investigated an alarm activation on Turner Road.

7:24 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Hopping Brook Road. Two individuals were transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

 

Wednesday, November 8

5:10 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy and Deputy Jim Moore investigated alarm trouble on Arch, Washington and Water Streets.

9:35 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated alarm trouble on Dorset Road.

11:10 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Garett Way.

12:00 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:20 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputies Jim Moore and Mark Dellicker, Ladder 1, the ambulance, and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency off Beatrice Lane and Pinecrest Road. One individual was transported to UMass/Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

5:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A Fall River resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

 

Thursday, November 9

9:35 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Alert Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:30 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. No EMS was required.

12:40 pm: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.

5:50 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an odor on Cheryl Lane.

8:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mohawk Path. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
