Mike Ibrahim of Hometown Auto loves Holliston and Holliston in Bloom

When he heard that HIB (Holliston in Bloom) needed help with funding this year's planting program, Mike offerred to write a check to help.

in spite of the weather Cherry Fenton, co-president of HIB, went right down to Hometown's 439 Washington Street location to accept the generous $500.00 donation. Cherry took advantage of the opportunity to ask Mike to water the plantings if HIB placed flowers if front of Hometown Auto. East Holliston has always been a challenge and Mike's contribution will go a long way to beautifying East Holliston.

Cherry said that HIB is grateful to Mike for his generous contribution and hopes that other businesses in town will be inspired to contribute to the beautification of Holliston.

Not surprised that Mike donated to a great local organization! He is an honest, hardworking, fantastic mechanic who will always take wonderful care of your car! And now he is taking care of our town as well! Definitely go see Mike at Hometown if you need anything car related!

Thank you Mike from all of us here at Holliston in Bloom. If it weren't for generous folks and businesses like yourself HIB wouldn't happen. Our mission along with several other groups in town is simple - that of making Holliston an inviting place to live, work, and play. I often hear from out of towners "I wish my town would do this". As Mr. Daniels said in the previous post, we are indeed lucky to have people in town giving back.

Great job Mike and Hometown for supporting a great community group. Holliston... isn't it amazing we have a group of citizens that spend all their energy making the town look nicer?? Wow. Shop Local, Mike does great work and doesn't charge for analyzing a car's issues. I recommend!

For me doors can be a work of art. There is a poster of interesting Holliston doors available at Fiske's created by local artist Beth Hoffer. While on a trip to England, I kept an eye out for interesting doors. I found some doors which are truly works of art, many of which have stood the test of time and looked better because of it..
