7:11 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to Highland Street for a motor vehicle crash. There were no injuries.

7:54 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Noel Drive.

10:55 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:10 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Ashland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:19 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Spring Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham

 

Saturday, May 19

9:59 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Summer Street.

3:12 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Washington Street.

6:59 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Alan Greendale investigated an alarm activation on Queens Terrace.

8:03 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Union Street. No EMS was required.

9:28 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A Belmont resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

12:02 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Church Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A Leominster resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:52 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Captain Alan Greendale investigated an alarm activation on Pinecrest Road.

11:36 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

1:00 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and an ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:33 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an activation on Mohawk Path. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

2:20 pm: Assistance Call - EMT Paul Weston responded to an assistance call on Central Street.

7:41 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marilyn Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:59 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:28 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

4:29 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Lowland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:53 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a faulty appliance on Washington Street.

6:16 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:27 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. An Ashland resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:50 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Springdale Circle. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:03 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:58 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded mutual aid to Medway for a medical emergency on Ellis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

1:25 pm: Alarm Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy, Deputy Mark Dellicker, Ladder 1 and Engines 1 and 3 responded to an alarm activation on Lowland Street.

1:58 pm: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy the backup ambulance responded to an assistance call at Lake Grove Cemetery.

2:16 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

3:08 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from AMR responded to a medical emergency on Grove Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:35 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Franklin Street. No EMS was required.

7:53 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore and Forest Fire 1 responded to a fuel leak on Washington Street.

9:25 am: Motor Vehicle Crash - The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Central Street. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

4:47 pm: Stand .By – Deputy Mark Dellicker and Engine 4 stood by at Lake Grove Cemetery for a flag retirement ceremony.

5:07 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on the rail trail behind Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

7:00 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated illegal burning on Concord Street
