Holliston Reporter - The Best Place to Advertise

by Bobby Blair
January 16, 2019

Is business a little slow? Thinking of doing a little advertising? Like it or not, it's an electronic world. Just think of how many people a day you see walking around, their head down looking at their phone. Worse yet how about those who use their phone while driving, or during dinner. In taking photos for our front cover of this story, I was amazed at the number of small businesses here in town, many I had never heard of. And there lies the premise of this article. If people don't know you exist, your business suffers. The demise of the towns beloved Little Green Phone is a perfect example of the decline in print media and advertising. The HollistonReporter.com is a digital only hyperlocal newspaper with a huge share of readers amongst our larger area media competitors. On any given average day the HollistonReporter.com reaches between 5,000-7,000 unique visitors daily. Our all time impressive high of 14,238 was reached on the day when the TD Bank was robbed. In comparison, Wikipedia lists the local Metrowest Daily News which covers 13 area towns as having a weekday subscription of 17,830.

Our advertising rates are dirt cheap. For our small ad we charge $1.00 per day. Can you get a cup of coffee in town for $1.00? A slighty larger ad runs $1.66 per day. Sign up for three months and we'll do a story on your business. You can even submit frequent articles promoting your services & products.
