Friday, May 10

8:40 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Brooksmont Drive.

4:37 pm: Investigation -  Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Washington Street.

5:09 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

5:49 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tim Costello, Lieutenant Richard Rossini and Engine 4 investigated an outside fire on Chestnut Street.

11:31 pm: Direct Alarm – The fire department responded to an alarm activation on Arch Street.

11:38 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical alarm activation on Juniper Road. No EMS was required.

Saturday, May 11

9:56 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tim Costello and Firefighter Rich Coughlin investigated an outside fire on Marshall Street.

12:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

3:09 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Irving Place. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Bonney Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

3:54 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tim Costello and Firefighter Rich Coughlin investigated an alarm activation on Indian Ridge Road South.

8:23 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Sunday, May 12

1:09 pm: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

4:28 pm: Medical – An ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a medical emergency on Richard Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:20 pm: Investigation – Deputy Mark Dellicker, Weekend Duty Officers Captain Tim Costello and Firefighter Rich Coughlin investigated smoke in the basement on Fiske Pond Road.

9:40 pm: Investigation - Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an electrical hazard on Washington Street.

Monday, May 13

4:11am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

6:00 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:28 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

5:37 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Tuesday, May 14

3:00 am: Medical – An ambulance from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Mill Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:03 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Locust Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:47 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street in Sherborn. One individual was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

10:53 am: Medical – An ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Stagecoach Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, May 15

12:53 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance, and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Marshall Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:18 pm: Assistance Call – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Winter Street.

6:42 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Thursday, May 16

10:30 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Piedmont Drive.

10:55 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Goulding Street. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

12:10 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oakhurst Lane. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

6:45 pm: Investigation - Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Central Street.

7:39 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Underwood Street.

8:33 pm: Appliance Fire – Deputy Jim Moore, Engine 2 and Engine 3 responded to an appliance fire on Rolling Meadow Drive.

9:40 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Taylor Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
