Friday, July 12

12:02 am: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

5:14 am: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington St. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

7:25 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual denied injury or illness; a signed waiver was obtained.

7:54 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Cedar Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

8:49 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Roy Avenue. The individual refused transport; a signed waiver was obtained.

9:12 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. One individual was transported to Newton Wellesley Hospital.

12:03 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street. One individual was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

2:02 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Ashland Street.

5:03 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated a faulty appliance on Turner Road.

8:07 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from the Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Dodd Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Saturday, July 13

9:54 am: Motor Vehicle Crash – Lt. Brian Kramer, the ambulance and paramedics from Hopkinton Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington St. One person was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:00 am: Landing Zone - Deputy Mark Dellicker, Engine 1 and Forest Fire 2 secured a landing zone for Boston MedFlight on Hollis Street.

10:27 am: Public Assistance Call – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker and Forest Fire 2 responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

10:30 am: Medical Alarm – Weekend Duty Oficcer Deputy Mark Dellicker, Forest Fire 2 and an ambulance with paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical alarm on Central Street. The alarm activation was unintentional.

2:12 pm: Assistance Call – Firefighter Ken Fisher and the ambulance responded to an assistance call on Ashland Street.

4:46 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash - The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. There were no injuries.

6:49 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

8:54 pm: Car Fire – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Mark Dellicker, Deputy Jim Moore, and Engines 1 and 4 and the ambulance responded to a car fire on Raleigh Road.

10:10 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

Sunday, July 14

10:22 pm: Assistance Call – The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

Monday, July 15

10:29 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham

1:48 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Donna Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

2:05 pm: Alarm Investigation - Chief Michael Cassidy, Ladder 1, and Engines 1 and 4 responded to an alarm activation on Hopping Brook Road. The response was cancelled prior to arrival.

7:44 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Brooksmont Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

9:30 pm: Assistance Call -The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Hollis Street.

Tuesday, July 16

8:30 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Fallon EMS responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

9:13 am: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Mohawk Path. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

11:26 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Piedmont Drive. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

12:28 pm: Investigation - Deputy Mark Dellicker investigated an alarm activation on Central Street.

2:35 pm: Mulch Fire – Deputy Jim Moore and Forest Fire 1 and 2 responded to a mulch fire on Washington Street.

4:36 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Medway Fire responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

11:07 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, July 17

3:54 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Kuniholm Drive.

3:55 pm: Medical - The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Oak Street. A resident was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in MC Worcester.

4:15 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated trees and wires down on Winter Street, Stagecoach Road and Ashland Street.

5:44 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated alarm trouble on Central Street.

9:16 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Exchange Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

Thursday, July 18

8:41 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Washington Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

10:53 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Cheryl Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham
