This introductory class emphasizes fundamentals in a safe and organized environment.

Introduction to Wrestling: Learn about stance, basic top position, basic bottom position and working to stand up. Kids will wrestle within their own weight class.
Who: Grades 3-7
When: Mondays, November 28, December 5, 12, 19; January 9, 23, 30; February 6 & 13. This is a 9-week program
Time: 6-7:15 pm
Cost: Residents: $45.00 Non- Residents: $55.00
