The Holliston Lions Club and the Holliston Athletic Boosters Association have teamed up for worthy causes.

They are both selling Big Board Squares for the February 5th Super Bowl and will share the profits to support their respective interests.

Superbowl Big Squares

There are 100 squares on the Big Squares Board, to be sold for $100 each to raise money that will be split 50/50 between the Lions Club and the Holliston Athletice Boosters Association

The HABA is raising money to contruct a new refreshment stand, ticket booth and restrooms on Kamitian Field.

The Lions Club, known for its local charity work, will use the funds to support their charities including scholarships to deserving students.

There are 100 squares on the Big Squares Board.

The scores at the superbowl game determine the winners. Knowledge of football is not required, just good old luck. The odds are great, 1 in 25 chance to win a prize and 1 in 100 chance to win the grand prize of $1,500. Prize money will be awarded at the end the first quarter of the game, at half time, at the end of the third quarter and, of course, at the end of the game.

At the end of the first quarter, the holder of the square with the digits of the score will win $500, and the prize at half time is $750, Another $500 will be given out at the end of the third quarter, and $1,500 will go to the person with the right square of the final score. It is possible that the same person could win more than once, too.

The Big Squares Board will be at Casey's on Sunday February 5th from 1-3 PM and anyone who has purchased a square is welcome at Casey's to enjoy free pizza and wings.

Buy a square yourself or pair up with friends and family to share a square. This is a fun way to really enjoy the game and support Holliston.
