I told you I didn't want fries with that, and a bad week for wandering kitties.

January 16:

Larceny, Wilkins; report of stolen ring.

Domestic, Marked Tree; wife reported abuse by husband. One taken into custody. Emergency restraining order issued.

January 17:

Animal incident, Lowland; report of injured deer.

Assist other agency, Ashland PD asked for mutual aid for a fight at MacDonalds.

11:53 PM Crash, Hopping Brook Park; vehicle struck entrance island and ran off. Passenger transported to hospital. State police K-9 and air-wing called in. Residents advised via Blackboard system. Individual located in a building and transported to hospital for weather exposure.

January 19:

Animal incident, Franklin; report of deceased cat.

Crash, Hollis; three cars involved. No details.

Animal incident, Ashland Street; car versus deer (died at the scene).

Crash, Norfolk; car ran off the road. No PI.

January 20;

Crash, Washington & Marked Tree; minor.

Animal incident, Fiske & Lowland; car versus deer. Both ran off in different directions, one with scratches on its side, the other with blue paint on its antlers.

January 21:

Vehicle stop with arrest, Washington & Washington Path; one transported to ATM (for bail money).

Smoke & fire, 400 Norfolk; early morning fire in vacant home called in by neighbor. HFD saved the house from excessive fire damage.

Several crashes around town due to icy roads.

January 22:

Animal incident, Concord; another deceased cat.

During the reporting period, 11 citations, 10 warnings, and 5 overnight parking tickets were issued. Three erratic drivers were spotted.
