Raccoons are getting harder to dispatch and Hill Street goes biblical. Did you park on the street overnight last week?

February 6:
Animal incident, Adams; deceased deer.
Suspicious vehicle, Hillside; another Volvo wagon raising concern.
February 7:
Slow news day.
February 8:
Crash, Washington/Highland; driver arrested. passenger transported to school.
February 9:
Animal incident, Washington; injured raccoon. two shots by HPD sharpshooter finally got 'em.
February 10:
Complaint, Green; report of kids throwing rocks at the construction site.
February 11:
Smoke/fire, Hill; report of tree on fire (I have heard of the biblical burning bush).
Animal incident, Baker; sick raccoon. Dispatched (possibly one shot with a bazooka).
During the reporting period, 31 citations, 19 warnings, and 28 overnight parking tickets were issued (a new record. Could our new Lieutenant be telling us something?)
