February 13:
Domestic, Burnap; one person arrested. Victim transported to court.
Animal incident (11:30 PM), Underwood/Oak; HPD found yellow lab loose. Pet sitter retrieved the dog.
February 14:
Traffic complaint, Mayflower; black truck racing with yuts on the side of truck. HPD located truck. "Subjects were conducting physics experiment".
February 15:
Traffic complaint, Ashland & Concord; driver reports being cut off by another driver and forced to hit a curb. HPD located other driver.
February 16:
Suspicious activity, Central; possible theft of fire wood. Larceny, Concord; caller suspects son stole some checks and his girlfriend cashed them.
February 17:
Suspicious activity, Westfield; report of small grey car repeatedly passing by group of small girls playing in the front yard.
February 18:
Several tickets issued.
February 19:
Suspicious vehicle, Washington; report of car parked out front all day long. Caller suspects jewelry store being cased.
Animal incident, Washington; dead animal incident; moved to side of the road (looked like a very large cat with long, shiny dark brown mink-like fur and big claws).
During the reporting period, 49 citations, 33 warnings, and 8 overnoght parking tickets were issued.
