March Musical Madness: 2012 HHS Pops

2012 HHS Pops

The Annual Pops Concert was produced and directed by Stuart Britton and Joseph Lordan with the support of the Holliston Music Parents Association and a ton of volunteers.

Refreshments were served by students who support the music programs even if not performing themselves this evening.

Kathleen Regan accompanied by Mr. Britton on the piano performs Wanted in the video above.

 The line was long right up to the opening number.

It was standing room only as parents, friends and students filled the cafe.

The Concert Band under Director Mr. Joseph Lordan opened the evening's entertainment.

When not stage, performers waited in the wings for their turn under the lights.

Student conductor Wesley Knapp led the band in September, arranged by Paul Murtha.

Andrew Mades put his bass guitar down to conduct the band in Family Guy, arranged by Paul Murtha.

Patrick Murphy and Cara Wehmhoefer performed Ben Gibbard's I will Follow You Into The Dark.

Mr. Jordan directed the Jazz Band on several numbers.

Rachel Harris is accompanied by Mr. Stuart Britton in Voxman's Etude No. 3.

Arranged by Ingrid Michaelson, You and I was performed by Nicole Wexler and Matt Koshivas.

Best Days was sung by Eliza Dodge with Andrew Desrochers on the guitar.
