Jeffrey C. O'Brien, HHS Class of 1977

Jeffrey C. O’Brien, 53, of Whitinsville passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday September 23, 2012. He was the husband of Jennifer (Bryson) O’Brien.

Jeff was born in Portland, Maine, on July 24, 1959, the son of Carroll and Carol (Bailey) O’Brien of Denmark, Maine. He lived in Portland until 1965, at which time the family moved to Holliston, MA, where he attended Holliston schools, graduating from Holliston High in 1977. He also attended Framingham State College.

He worked at the Framingham Union Hospital for several years and also for North American Manufacturing. He has worked the last twenty years at St. Francis Home in Worcester, MA.

Jeff married Jennifer Bryson on May 13, 1995. They have two daughters, Caroline and Kathryn. In additon to his parents, wife Jennifer, and his daughters, Jeff is survived by his brother, Steven O’Brien and his wife Colleen and god-daughter Meaghan; his sister Debra Bianchi and her four children: Tracy, Peter, Kristen, and Michael; his sister Cynthia O'Brien; and his sister Lisa Dionne and her husband Michael and their three children: Jacob, Matthew, and Emily.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 2, at 7 PM in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland with calling hours prior to the service from 5-7 PM
