Holliston welcomes a new business...
HHS grad, Ben Connell has a Home Improvement company .
Benjamin Connell, a Holliston High School graduate class of 2007, has a new roofing business in Holliston. Actually, it is more than just roofing as he contracts for new siding, replacement windows and, of course, gutters. The official name of the company is Connell Home Improvments which includes roofing, gutters, painting, carpentry and snowplowing.
It is a new business in Holliston, but it really is not new. Ben's grandfather started this business in Needham in 1956 that was carried on by his son, Ben's dad, and now Ben himself has a company. There remains a Connell Roofing Company in Needham and now a brand new start up in Holliston, the third generation in this line of work.
Ben grew up in the business, working with his father whenever he was not in classes. After graduating from Holliston High School, Ben attended Framingham State University earning an associate degree in Sociology. His ambition however was to be a local business man. His experience in the roofing trade led to the formation the Connell Home Imporvment in Holliston.
Ben is an active member of the Holliston Fire Department and is a certified EMT. He is an occassional dispatcher for the HFD
The Connell Home Improvment Company recently renovated this attractive home in Holliston with new siding, a new roof and decorative shutters.
Ben Connell is a Certainteed Master Shingle Applicator. He is licensed and insured and offers free estimates. Call him at 508-306-9157.
