Free Flu Clinic at the Senior Center on Goulding Street
Thursday October 18th---9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00P.M.
FLU CLINIC 2012 – Thursday October 18th
9 am to 2 pm, and 6 pm to 8 pm
at the Holliston Senior Center
The Holliston Senior Center has once again partnered with the Holliston Board of Health to offer any senior, or adult with chronic illness to come to the Center for a free flu shot.
If you would like an appointment, please call the Center at 508-429-0622 for your appointment.
Insurance cards are requested by not required, so that the BOH can submit it to the State for reimbursement.
Refreshments will be available for anyone getting a shot.
