Giving Back to Our Troops program

 The Holliston Fire Department is partnering with Sprint and UniFirst as a local collection point for their Giving Back to Our Troops program.

 Now through Thursday, November 8, the following items are being accepted to provide basics to our troops serving overseas during the Holiday Season:
 
athletic tube socks
hand warmers
new pens and writing paper
playing cards
power bars
Zip Lock bags filled with tooth brushes and tooth paste
powered drink mix
Ramen noodles
beef jerky
movie-size candy
(Life Savers, Jolly Ranchers, Smarties, Twizzlers, Dum Dum pops, Starburst, Skittles, Swedish Fish, Air Heads, Sour Patch Kids, Sweet Tarts)
licorice
hard candy - mix bags
granola bars
small bags of dried fruit
bags of peanuts
Girl Scout cookies
hot chocolate
 
The Giving Back to Our Troops! collection bin is located in the lobby of the fire station headquarters, located at 59 Central Street.  Letters or cards of inspiration for the troops are also welcome.
