May 9 Update: The decision to allow reconsideration of Article 22 came after Town Meeting had closed and was made by Town Counsel, not Town Moderator. Therefore, according to our bylaws, the decision is not valid and the article cannot be reconsidered unless the Town Moderator decides otherwise. Proposed changes in zoning were the top concerns of the night.
